When you submit a professor rating or other community content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content to other users of the Service. You agree that your ratings will be displayed anonymously — your name will not be shown to other users. The ProPlan Scholar application, website, logo, and all associated content are owned by ProPlan Scholar and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. ProPlan Scholar offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid features, pricing, and billing terms will be clearly disclosed before any charge is made. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at hello@proplanscholar.com. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately and we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
